The website itself is hosted and maintained by us, so if you cancel your plan the hosting stops, but we'll provide you a full export of your site files so you're never left with nothing. IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the technology that pulls live MLS listings directly onto your website so buyers can search active properties without leaving your site. Yes, you need it — without IDX, buyers have no reason to visit your site more than once. With IDX, they keep coming back to search, and every search is a lead opportunity for you.
Most sites go live within 48 hours of you submitting your info — that means your bio, logo, colors, and MLS board details. The faster you get us your info, the faster we launch. The only delays happen when we're waiting on branding materials or MLS board approvals, which are outside our control.
No contracts. Cancel anytime. We're month-to-month on all plans. Simply give us 30 days notice and your billing stops. No cancellation fees, ever.

Absolutely. We redesign existing agent sites all the time. We'll migrate your content, improve the design, add IDX if you don't have it, and carry over your page titles and redirects so your SEO transitions as smoothly as possible.
No hidden fees. Your monthly plan includes hosting, SSL certificate, IDX data feed, ongoing support, and security updates. The only additional cost is your domain name if you don't already have one (typically $12–15/year through any registrar). Some MLS boards charge a small IDX feed fee directly — we'll let you know upfront if yours does before you commit.
